This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist located in Cluj, Romania.
The Vos Logistics Romania Shared Service Centre is responsible for the financial reporting and administration of Vos Logistics group with companies located in Romania and various European countries. The team consists of a large number of financial specialists, such as Business Controller, Group Accountant, General Ledger accountants, Accounts Payable specialists and Credit Management specialists.The roleThe Accounts Payable employee is together with the other Accounts Payable staff mainly responsible for the handling and booking of invoices and bank statements.Main tasks/ responsibilitiesBooking of various type of invoices;Booking of bank statements;Archiving;Internal Contact with SSC Vos Logistics - Oss and the companies served;External contact with Suppliers;Preparing financial reports related to the role;Back-up for other SSC tasks / reports, depending on the needs.Other tasks as required.
The ideal candidate︆︈︅︂︆︌︉︁︂︆︄︅︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎Has a Bachelor degree with a financial or economical specialization;Experience in a Shared Service Centre or other international experience is a benefit;Is able to work independently;Has good English communication skills. Other languages are an advantage as well as experience in logistics.
