Senior Freight Forwarder

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Freight Forwarder to join our team. In this role, you will ensure a smooth and efficient transport flow by coordinating transport orders, optimizing processes, maintaining ​customer relationships and aligning profitable margins​.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the efficient execution of transport orders in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of transport documents and dispatch of transport orders to Freight Forwarders;

• Optimize loading and unloading routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs;

• Maintain, strengthen, and expand relationships , ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;

• Negotiate rates and prepare competitive quotations to offer suitable transport proposals to both existing and new customers;

• Initiate and implement process improvements based on evaluations and performance results;

• Identify operational bottlenecks in transport and forwarding activities and develop appropriate solutions.
