Vos Logistics has an extensive fleet (tractors, trailers, box trucks, and semi-trailers) that requires daily maintenance. Our garage team ensures everything runs smoothly: from maintenance and MOT inspections to breakdowns and damage repair.
As Team Leader / Workshop Manager, you are responsible for an efficient and well-organized workshop. You set priorities, plan activities, and ensure everything is carried out according to the correct procedures. You lead mechanics and ensure optimal deployment of people and resources, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
In addition, you monitor order, cleanliness, and safety within the workshop and ensure that activities, hours, and materials are correctly recorded. As Workshop Manager, you coordinate daily with drivers and planning to minimize downtime. You also maintain contact with suppliers and external parties such as MOT stations. Furthermore, you actively contribute to improving processes and work instructions to continuously optimize the workshop.
Have you previously worked as a production employee, workshop employee, or workshop manager? Then this position is definitely interesting for you!
