Vos Logistics has an extensive fleet of vehicles. This fleet consists of tractors, semi-trailers, box trucks, and trailers, all of which require maintenance. The garage team works every day as a well-oiled unit to ensure our operational readiness. They not only perform periodic maintenance and MOT inspections but also resolve necessary breakdowns and repair damage. To continue doing this at a high level, we need you!

As Workshop Team Leader at Vos Logistics, you are responsible for the well-organized and efficient execution of all activities within the workshop. You ensure that all tasks are carried out on time and according to the applicable procedures, while continually setting the right priorities. In this role, you lead the team of mechanics and ensure optimal deployment of people and resources to guarantee high efficiency and quality.

In addition, you oversee the execution of the work and monitor order, cleanliness, and safety within the workshop. You ensure that all work performed, hours worked, and materials used are correctly recorded in the designated system. An important part of your role is maintaining close contact with drivers and the planning department to ensure that activities are well coordinated and unnecessary downtime is prevented. You also regularly liaise with parts suppliers and external parties, such as MOT stations. Furthermore, you play an active role in evaluating and improving existing procedures and work instructions, with the aim of continuously optimizing work processes.
