As a dispatcher/balancer, you will be responsible for finding loads for our own trucks and selling orders that the fleet is unable to realistically fulfill.
The person employed in this position will be responsible for organizing clients' freight transport in international relations, searching for and planning transport services, and determining the conditions for the implementation of transport.
Their tasks will include actively acquiring new carriers, developing a network of transport partners, and building long-term cooperation. An important element of the job will also be maintaining positive business relationships with clients, monitoring the quality of transport services provided, maintaining documentation and records of orders, preparing reports, and achieving set budget goals.
