Are you a communicative and organized professional who enjoys switching between customers and internal departments? At Vos Logistics, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to strengthen our team. You will join a friendly team consisting of 5 colleagues. In this versatile role, you will be the contact person for clients and manage a fixed customer base. You represent our organization with professionalism and build strong relationships with our customers.

Your responsibilities include, among others, accepting and processing both regular and ad-hoc orders in the warehouse management and transport system. You are the link between the customer and the internal organization, ensuring that everything related to warehouse and transport processes runs smoothly. You register relevant data from (new) customers in the systems and ensure that this information is processed correctly and timely. You provide customers with the necessary information regarding their transport and warehouse needs and always address them in a friendly and professional manner.

Additionally, you identify risks in a timely manner and ensure that complex or sensitive customer issues are quickly and efficiently escalated to the appropriate colleagues within the company. You work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and processes. Your role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and preventing operational problems that could disrupt the flow of the logistics process.

A salary between €3.029,38 and €4.166,38;

Vos Logistics transports 'dry bulk' throughout Europe: from (petro)chemicals, foodstuffs, animal feed and minerals to powders and granules. We provide bulk transport with our own capacity in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. For other destinations, we work closely with qualified partners. Our bulk terminals in Oss and Lyon are perfectly situated hubs where we offer numerous possibilities for the handling and storage of dry bulk and packaged goods.
