A diverse and dynamic environment

As Assistant Team Lead at Vos Logistics, you ensure a smooth and structured flow of daily warehouse operations. You maintain oversight on the work floor, coordinate daily activities, and ensure an efficient workflow. You distribute tasks, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary. If bottlenecks arise, you resolve them independently and coordinate with the Team Lead, who acts as your fallback option.

You are responsible for coordinating subprocesses within the warehouse and for guiding and managing warehouse employees. Daily, you work with automated systems, including the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ensure that processes are carried out correctly and efficiently. In doing so, you monitor the quality of the work and act in accordance with applicable quality standards, procedures, work instructions, safety regulations, and relevant laws and regulations.

Communication plays an important role in this position. You maintain intensive contact with warehouse employees to coordinate tasks and monitor progress. In addition, you regularly coordinate with the Team Lead to exchange information and further optimize daily operations. You communicate clearly and in a timely manner, ensuring that everyone knows what is expected of them.

For this position, we are looking for someone with knowledge of warehouse and inventory management processes who works independently and takes responsibility for daily management on the shop floor. You are skilled in planning and distributing tasks, know how to guide and manage employees, and feel responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of the work.

A salary between €2,888.33 and €3,514.05;
