This position involves direct collaboration with drivers and is part of the operations department, which manages road transport processes in our organization. In this role, the person will work closely with other departments of the company in an international environment.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating road transport processes, including monitoring the work of drivers with category C+E licenses and planning and optimizing routes. The position also involves addressing current issues related to the execution of transport orders, as well as cooperation with the technical department regarding vehicle repair and inspection schedules. An important aspect of the role is close collaboration with international Planning, Customer Service, and Quality teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of transport services. Russian language skills will be needed for communication, particularly with drivers from Eastern European countries.
