Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and update employee files, employment contracts, termination documents, and other relevant documents-Manage REVISAL and communicate with relevant authorities (e.g. AJOFM, ARR)-Handle vacation, sick leave records, employee certificates, and medical appointments-Process and verify salary-related data: timesheets, leave, meal tickets, delegations, etc.-Prepare monthly and annual reports on personnel costs and staff turnover-Coordinate disciplinary procedures, evaluations, and training plans-Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policies
-Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field-Relevant experience in a similar HR role-Very good command of English-Strong understanding of local and European labor laws and HR regulations-Solid knowledge of HRM standards, policies, and procedures-Extraordinary diplomacy and capacity to manage highly confidential information with discretion
