That is why we have started offering the Leadership Development program to our middle-management employees in Romania. By extending their professional capabilities, they also get to broaden their scope on a personal level.

Empowering our employees to become even better at what they do is what we believe in. Vos Logistics provides the tools necessary to reach the targets our staff has set for themselves and their team. In a total of eight modules, participants get to dive deeper into topics such as You as a Manager, Translating organizational goals into team and individual goals, Getting results with your team, Motivating and inspiring.
