For our ADR transports, Vos Logistics is looking for an ADR Driver who prioritizes safety, responsibility, and craftsmanship. In this role, you will transport hazardous materials and ensure that every transport assignment is carried out correctly, safely, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for safely driving the truck under various conditions and checking the transport order, route, documents, and permits before departure. You report any discrepancies in goods or equipment, inform relevant parties promptly of delays, and recognize hazardous substances based on labeling and characteristics. During and after the trip, you ensure proper documentation and actively contribute to improvements in equipment and loading and unloading processes.You are also responsible for the safe loading and unloading of (hazardous) bulk materials. This includes correctly connecting and checking hoses and couplings, pressurizing or unloading the silo according to safety regulations, and safely operating the tilt or pressure silo. Additionally, you ensure all legal ADR safety measures and check the installation before, during, and after the unloading process.You hold a CE driving license with code 95 and a valid ADR-VOL certificate. You have knowledge of ADR laws and regulations, safety regulations, and risk factors of hazardous substances, and are skilled in the use of transport equipment, onboard computers, and communication tools. You communicate clearly with internal colleagues and external contacts, including planners, Fleet Management, Customer Service, and loading and unloading locations.Do you want to work for an international logistics service provider where safety and professionalism come first?
