Administrative Customer Service Officer

As an Administrative Customer Service Officer, you play an important role within our logistics operation. You are the first point of contact at the driver's desk and ensure that incoming and outgoing goods flows are processed correctly from an administrative perspective. You assist drivers who arrive for loading and unloading by directing them to the correct dock door. In doing so, you maintain contact with the warehouse via radio and ensure correct processing of transport documents, systems and pallet administration.

In addition to your work at the desk, you support the Customer Service department with various administrative processes. You process orders, manage inventory information and assist with inbound activities. You are also involved in handling phone and email traffic and ensure that questions from customers and colleagues are addressed quickly and professionally.

In this role, you work closely with different departments within the organization. You continuously switch between operational activities and administrative tasks while maintaining an overview. Thanks to your accuracy, service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills, daily processes run smoothly and efficiently.
