To further accelerate our international growth, we aim to combine two commercial focal points into one role: the development of our international groupage activities and the further expansion of our commercial position in the German market.
As Business Development & Sales Manager Germany, you hold a key position within Vos Logistics. You are responsible for actively approaching and developing new customers in Germany with goods flows to and from the Benelux and other European countries. In doing so, you position Vos as a strategic logistics partner for FTL, LTL, and groupage solutions. At the same time, you work on the further commercial development of the international groupage network, identifying opportunities to grow volumes, establish new relationships, and strengthen existing collaborations.In this role, you spend a lot of time in the market. You have intensive contact with shippers, prospects, and partners in Germany and build lasting customer relationships. You understand the logistics needs behind international trade flows and know how to translate them into concrete solutions and propositions. Internally, you coordinate closely with operations, pricing, customer service, and IT to ensure that new customers and flows are successfully set up and structurally contribute to the network. Thus, you act as a connecting link between commercial opportunities and operational realization.You monitor market developments and competition in the German market and know how to translate these insights into targeted commercial actions. You guide quotations, tenders, and contract negotiations, ensuring both volumes and margins. Through your broad scope, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on sales and directly contribute to the further professionalization and growth of Vos Logistics on an international level.Your base is preferably in the south of the Netherlands, for example, in the Limburg region, or in neighboring Germany. This location aligns well with the focus on the German market and the offices in Kerkrade and Oss, among others. You work hybrid and are given a lot of freedom and responsibility to independently organize your agenda, with results and commercial impact being central.
