We are looking for a person to coordinate daily transportation processes for our operational team in Kwidzyn. We value someone who is not afraid of a dynamic work environment and easily builds relationships, which is key in a distributed structure.
An employee hired for an internship will be trained in coordinating road transport processes, including planning and supervising the execution of transport orders. Their tasks will eventually include monitoring the work of drivers holding category C+E licenses, determining optimal routes, and responding promptly to operational issues as they arise. The position also involves collaboration with the technical department in planning repairs, inspections, and fleet vehicle maintenance. An important element of the role is close cooperation with international Planning, Customer Service, and Quality teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of transport services. Eventually working in a two-shift system: 7:30-16:00 and 11:00-19:00.
