Team Leader of the Freight Forwarding Department

The person in this position will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of the freight forwarders team, setting goals, and motivating employees to achieve high results. Their tasks will also include implementing new team members and providing them with ongoing substantive support. A key element of the role is actively acquiring new clients and building and developing long-term business relationships. The position also involves acquiring loads through transport exchanges such as Trans.eu and Timocom, as well as providing comprehensive operational support for executed orders. The candidate will be responsible for developing a network of cooperating carriers, acquiring new subcontractors, as well as planning and supervising processes related to international road transport. Additionally, the scope of duties will include preparing and presenting operational results within the company's international structures, including reporting and communication in English.
