Developing your professional talent while growing personally? That’s what this program is all about! The Young Professional Program (YPP) at Vos Logistics is an in-house developed program for high-potential employees with the ambition to grow.

This program is for everyone between the age of 25 and 35 with a higher vocational education, who works at least one year for Vos Logistics and has received positive feedback during their evaluation. Employees based in The Netherlands are invited by management and HR to participate in the program, given they are intrinsically motivated and are willing to put an effort into the work this course requires.

 

Ambition as the basis

Are you motivated and do you have high ambitions for yourself and your career? Then this program is for you! Together with the official Dutch training institute ICM, you can expect a challenging 12-month course with everything you need to know about:

 

  • Personal efficiency and leadership
  • Change management and innovations
  • Effectively influencing peers
  • Project Management
  • Communication
  • Comprehensible presenting

 

And all of that within the field of logistic services and transport. The modules are based on examples of the topics that are currently relevant at Vos Logistics, such as safety, sustainability, customer care, data analytics and finance.
