Registers and analyzes incidents in order to get them classified and assigned to the right person within the corporate IT Department;
Discovers and determines the actual problem/request through questioning;
Monitors tickets regarding to the (internal) service level and expertise;
Takes care of authorization duties (user administration, user profiles, configuration management etc.);
Directly handles first and (sometimes) second line support – troubleshoots IT related problems from in-house software to hardware;
Forwards complex tickets to the second line support;
Takes care of up-to-date knowledgebase for the first and second degree ICT Helpdesk;
Performs other tasks indicated by superior.

Wir haben den Job! Hast Du die Fertigkeiten?

Secondary/ higher education in IT with relevant IT certificates preferred
1 year experience in a similar job within international atmosphere
Good command in English( B2 level)
Able to work in a team as well as independently
Knowledge of software and hardware systems
Willing to work in the evenings and weekends(shifts)
