Working at an ambitious company in a dynamic industry

  • Registers and analyzes incidents in order to get them classified and assigned to the right person within the corporate IT Department;
  • Discovers and determines the actual problem/request through questioning;
  • Monitors tickets regarding to the (internal) service level and expertise;
  • Takes care of authorization duties (user administration, user profiles, configuration management etc.);
  • Directly handles first and (sometimes) second line support – troubleshoots IT related problems from in-house software to hardware;
  • Forwards complex tickets to the second line support;
  • Takes care of up-to-date knowledgebase for the first and second degree ICT Helpdesk;
  • Performs other tasks indicated by superior.

We have your job! Do you have the skills?

  • Secondary/ higher education in IT with relevant IT certificates preferred
  • 1 year experience in a similar job within international atmosphere
  • Good command in English( B2 level)
  • Able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Knowledge of software and hardware systems
  • Willing to work in the evenings and weekends(shifts)
